What to eat for dinner is a no-brainer here. The menu includes fresh veggies every night from now until the end of summer. Our share of food from Left Bower Farm is huge, and the taste and flavor are amazing. Each day, I make a salad and savor the smells. I don't mean the smell of the dressing. I literally mean the smell of the salad. This week we got:
- Beets and beet greens
- Green head lettuce
- Red head lettuce
- Mesclun salad mix
- Vitamin greens
- Kale
- Radishes and radish greens
- Spinach
- Scallions
