Thank You Lord

A jar of homemade cookies makes a nice Christmas gift

7th Anniversary at Phipps Conservatory

A traditional rocking horse

Cloth gift bags are a great Eco-friendly option.

...for a day at home with my girls to clean, organize, and relax.

...for time with family and so many generous gifts given to our family.

...for an absolutely wonderful first Christmas in our new home!

...for time cozied up in bed to read.  I've been loving the Christian novel First Dawn that my mom lent me.

...for progress on my first hand-knit set of legwarmers for Addie.

...for celebrating the birth of our Lord.

..for learning to use the new camera's self timer!

...for the exciting time of teaching several new students music starting next month.

...for a huge reduction in waste created by my family this Christmas.

...for my husband and time I got to spend with him on our 7th anniversary at Phipp's Conservatory.  I'm excited to go back later this month with my mom too!

...for two new Stainless Steel Flip Straw Bottles.  I'm glad to recycle some of the old faded plastic ones!

...for this space and the lovely readers.  I pray that each family was blessed this Christmas!

Reader, what are you thankful for today?

  1. Thankful for God sending His son <3 thankful that Bunny grasps that Christmas is the celebration of Jesus' birth, grateful for the simplicity we have created... gotten back to in our family celebrations and so much more.

    1. We are slowly creating simplicity too. I really want more though! I'm so tired of all of the "stuff!"
