Halloween was wonderful. All of the children, and all of our family participated in the couple events we took the kids to. Today is the first day that Ana isn't wearing her costume since Halloween (shh! Don't tell her that it's in the wash!) From pumpkins to going out in the drizzle it was a great time for our family. The boys even got to go separate from Ana so that they could literally run from house to house.
We didn't find a "green" item to hand out, but four out of five of our costumes were green. We used costumes we already had, thrifted, went to consignment, and borrowed. We saved lots of money, and we were proud to have gone a more green route for Halloween. Ana asked for costumes for Christmas, so between clearances and consignment, we may be able to have an even more green Halloween next year by diving into the dress up box for Ana.
Haha, I love the second photo, where you and Ana appear to be making faces at the pumpkin guts!
