Do Try This at Home

 Today Ana enthusiastically agreed to spend some time working on a science experiment.  I got the original idea here, but I hope that our organic sweet potato doesn't give the same disappointing results.  We even decided to start a science journal to keep track of our experiment and other nature observations. 

 We do have to work, however, on keeping our observations on the paper and not on the subject! 

The sweet potato now has it's very own spot on our sunny nature ledge.  Hopefully there will be updated pictures soon.
