Migrating Birds

c

Hallowen

Hallowen

...for my second encounter this week with a giant flock of migrating birds.  It's amazing that they all know where to go and that they all go there together.

...for energy and excitement.

...for home-baked chocolate chip cookies!

...for my great husband who does so much more than is expected and provides for our family.

...for my little girls who never cease to make me smile.  I love when Addie says, "Oh-tay." Ana told me today that she didn't want to go to bed, "Right this second."  the sweet things they say bring such joy to a mama's heart.

...for my mom and her help.  It's so much easier to take one child to dance rather than three.

...for the excitement of the upcoming holiday.  It might be at my house, but to everyone's relief, I am not in charge of the food.  I will be making the corn and mashing the potatoes.

...for lots of room in my house to fit lots of family member.

...for my husband's cute laughing out loud when he watched.

...for the hope that I find when reading your word, God

Reader, What are you thankful for today?

    1. YES! It was like that. Did you see how they kept flying back and forth? They were doing that. And when my dog went out the door is when they all started, and there was a giant "Whoooooosh." It was truly amazing, and I saw one last week too!

  2. I find it amazing when I see flocks of geese ready to fly south. Amazing how God gave them the ability to know where they're going. And though I don't have kids, I have nieces and nephews who totally make me smile! Kids are so precious. :)
I'm thankful for the sunshine today. And thankful that God gives us hope, no matter the situation.
