Thank You Lord

Thank You Lord

...for my husband who works so hard to provide for us.

...for the delicious stuffed cabbage soup from the freezer that we ate for dinner last night.  It was great to have some of those late summer veggies again with a loaf of homemade bread.

...for my renewed love of knitting.  It has been relaxing and fun addition to my normally busy days.

...for a new year on the horizon!  I love the thought of leaving this year far behind.

...for my upcoming anniversary.  I can't wait to see what my husband has planned.  Last year's trip to Phipp's Conservatory was amazing, and I hope we go back or to somewhere equally fun this year.

...for the first Christmas in two years that we can spend with only family!  It has been refreshing to have a much needed break from foster parenting.

...for my girls being healthy and happy.  Who wouldn't be thankful for their adorable smiles and sweet words.  Maybe I'm biased, but I think I have the best girls in the whole world.

...for a new baby cousin!  I hope we get to hold her and snuggle her soon.

...for Christmas music appearing at the piano, and for actually having time to play.  I love it!

...for some dinner ideas from a friend.  I can't wait to try them!

...for a successful first dance show for Ana.  The Nutcracker was beautiful, and I loved that she was the little diva who kept twirling to show off all of those beautiful pin curls that mommy made.

...for your word God and for being able to come to you in prayer.

Reader, what are you thankful for today?
