I found this sweet vintage fabric at the thrift store, and it reminded me of a dress that my mom made for me when I was little. It was the perfect size when I decided to make these little aprons.
It's hard for me to convince Ana that I made her new apron. She always says, "I want to wear the new apron you bought me!"
She wouldn't put it on. I wonder if this is why her clothes seemed to get quite dirty...
Squishing paint into bags to play with and practice letters on. The idea came from First Art: Art Experiences for Toddlers and Twos.
