Mama Made & Toddler Made

I used a trift store find fabric to make this apron
I found this sweet vintage fabric at the thrift store, and it reminded me of a dress that my mom made for me when I was little.  It was the perfect size when I decided to make these little aprons.

It's hard for me to convince Ana that I made her new apron.  She always says, "I want to wear the new apron you bought me!"

She wouldn't put it on.  I wonder if this is why her clothes seemed to get quite dirty...

Squishing paint into bags to play with and practice letters on.  The idea came from First Art: Art Experiences for Toddlers and Twos.

  1. Thanks for your comment, Becki. And these aprons are adorable! Love the fabric! I'll have to check out that book for art ideas for my toddler. Have a great week!

    1. Thanks! The book really is great. We did a collage activity too from the book. We might try it again tomorrow though, because she didn't quite get the ripping the paper down yet.
