Tomatoes and More Tomatoes

This week I returned from camping to an amazing bag of vegetables.  The celery smells so good, and I've been dreaming about what to use it in.  Potato salad maybe?  I just love all of the colors and smells.  My fifteen month old couldn't keep her hands off of the tomatoes, and she actually even got one and started eating it!  Really, it's that good...
